Whilst the ref cam view on scrums is interesting, I would love to have an eye tracker on them to see where their focus is at various stages. We have heard him comment on elbow angle and hip height today but it will be impossible to watch both teams and both sides of the scrum in detail. And different officials are bound to focus on different areas. Would definitely be interesting to find out if individuals are consistent in what they look for or if it varies not only between different officials but within the same official in the same match. #eyetracking #sportscience #rugby #sixnations #referee
