Pathetic companies both of them one is looting for poisonous food with fool rating and one is fool you with expired products and most pathetic is there customer service when you order value of 1000 have been runied because of you and you saying 50 bucks refund can be possible and not even the call is possible from there side or any number, a lot of time they get away coz that is not our fault that’s restaurant fault but when you rider being rude or just doing there business while delivering, these apps were made and introduced and marketed for saving our time and being helpful but instead it’s being the pain and headache of fighting for your hard money back the quality was as such or the product was expired

Zomato seems to be a Fraud Company. You are the cheaters.... First you cancel the order by yourself, the take the full amount as cancellation charges and then you blame your customer for this mess.

You guys are Just wasting the time of customers ..some time u send cockroaches insects in the food do u heard about the name hygiene and cleanliness... sometimes u charged more money for gold membership and not activate their membership u just conning the customers to earn profits in crores....always remember u just escaped cause there is no competitors for this zomato when it came u will thrown out...so don't thug us!!

Zomato Open any post from Zomato and you see all those angry unsatisfied customers who have been wronged by your customer support, doesn't it feel great? Seems like customer satisfaction is not a priority anymore, some would say you've grown too big to fall. The customers are only fighting to get what they paid for, and your excuse for not resolving their problems is ? I quit using your application about two weeks ago and moved to other smaller delivery apps and trust me when I say this, I've been so peaceful and happy. Zomato was really taking a toll on my peace. You don't know the happiness I feel when the customer support agent actually talks to me, I know your standard practice is to copy paste messages. I hope this reply helps the angry frustrated people and they can also switch to other apps that focus on the customer experience. To Zomato, you've messed up badly.
I placed an order for veg slaw whole wheat sandwich. And I have received a chicken slaw sandwich. I am a pure vegetarian and I don’t even have an option to mention the same on chat. Also I have ordered V- King. The whole bowl is empty.

3moOne of the most fraudulent companies I have ever seen.... Keep people's money without any authorisation. I am so fed up with these people and chasing since month....if you add money in their wallet and they keep it and never returns. I m tired of posting these comments anv getting no help. Kaamchor employees they have Ask to send an email and I have sent more than 2 dozen of the email but still they just copy paste their template content with apology and asking to wait for 24-48 hours since last 20 days
