Zomato Customer care team gets incentivized when they reject a customers request for refund. I have been using zomato gold since last 2 years and there were more than 2 to 3 instances when they rejected my refund request because most of the time my food was either cold or stale or items where missing, I even shared them video of the same yet they didn't bother so finally I had some other accounts and I placed 3 different orders worth INR 350 on average and then I rejected it so eventually I compensated my loss from zomato's pocket. Luckily the food was not wasted and the zomato delivery guy enjoyed a good meal since all three orders were during the night. Kuch logo ko lagta hai wo dhanda bana liya hai aur bada ban gaya hai but tbh bada ban ne ke liye soch bada hona chahiye, chindi panti karke do ya char hi paise kamaoge. I am now enjoying Swiggy one benefit, and their service is way too better.

Have been a regular customer of Zomato, since its inception. However, today ordered received an order which had small pieces of nails all over the Sambhar. All the more, it is so alarming since my fiancé was having the same and she threw up after having eaten almost half that too at early morning. As an answer to this, I only received a refund, really is that the way to provide a solution in such drastic cases?  Not one but several pieces of nails were found, & this is inexcusable. Requesting you to take prompt action as refund of 176INR is not SOLUTION, and go knows whose nail or nails were present. If you can zoom in the picture, the bits of several nails are visible!
