Role : Oracle HCM Developer (Oracle HCM with Redwood) Location : Remote EST *PP Number Mandatory Exp : 10+ Crowley adopted Oracle HCM with Redwood (user interface) - most of the implementation went well but the Benefits piece did not meet their needs and they need it corrected before open enrollment, which is important because this will be a project that is up against a tight timeline from day one. The position will have teams in place to execute on the work that gets planned and approved that includes BA and Testers and people from business for UAT, but this is a new tool for them so the Candidate should understand there may be a bit o f teaching along this path as well. So this is a hard position - Now for some good things - it can be remote and anywhere - like anywhere any where but they will have to work Eastern time zone regardless of where they are - and bear in mind there will be a lot of interaction to repair an implementation, so communication is going to be key as well. 👉 How healthy is your PeopleSoft? 👀 📊 In the development of our observability solution focused on PeopleSoft we do not only focus on availability and performance, but also on the functional and technical health of the application itself. And with health, in this case, I’m referring to the state of the application instead of the health scores we use as mentioned in previous posts. In the technical area we run checks to analyse the configuration of the system on the PeopleTools level, monitor Integration Broker, the Process Scheduler and for example the Life Cycle Management state of the system. While in the functional area we run checks on the functional (application level) setup and monitor for transactions that got stuck in interface or staging tables.
