Pleased to share that my Article: "Occupational health Hazards in Mining Industry and their prevention" has ben published in 79th edition of ENOCH(Environmental and Occupational health) Magazine. Mining is very hazardous work always. Its not easy to explore the minerals from earth. Miner is dedicated worker, engaged in mining work, where he faces several challenges like, Noise, Dust, Heat, Ventilation issues, Diesel fumes etc. Unfortunately major part of mining industry is still unorganized in India, where no focus and value is given to Health and safety of Miner. Though there are several occupational health hazards in mining workers, which should be addressed properly and as the prevention is the only way to stop them from occurring so focus should be given on that.
