📢 Proud Announcement! 📢 I'm thrilled to share that my research paper, "𝗩𝗲𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗹𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘃𝗶𝗮 𝗗𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗦𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗔𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗜𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮𝘀𝗲𝘁𝘀," has been published in the journal, 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗲𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀. This paper is part of the Research Topic Advancing Neural Network-Based Intelligent Algorithms in Robotics: Challenges, Solutions, and Future Perspectives. Our study presents a novel approach for autonomous vehicle surveillance using Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). By employing techniques such as Fuzzy C-Means segmentation, YOLOv8 for vehicle detection, and DeepSORT for tracking, we've achieved remarkable accuracy in identifying and tracking vehicles in complex traffic scenes. 🌟 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀: 1.) Utilization of YOLOv8 for detecting small objects in aerial images. 2.) Implementation of DeepSORT for precise vehicle tracking. 3.) Achieved high accuracy rates on VEDAI and SRTID datasets. I am incredibly proud of this accomplishment and grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the field of intelligent traffic monitoring. What is Visual SLAM? Visual SLAM is a method used in robotics and computer vision to create a map of an environment while simultaneously determining the robot's position within that environment, using visual information from cameras. Consider a drone navigating through a forest to deliver a package. The drone uses its onboard camera to capture images of the surroundings. Visual SLAM processes these images to map the forest path and accurately estimate the drone's position, ensuring it follows the correct route and avoids obstacles. Autonomous drones and their influence on standardization of rules and regulations for operating–A brief overview

This project runs in the UAEU involves the design and implementation of an autonomous tracking system where a ground-based rover follows a drone in real-time. The goal is to achieve precise and reliable tracking by enabling seamless communication between the rover and the drone as they move dynamically in various environments. The system integrates real-time data processing, where the drone continuously transmits its positional data to the rover, allowing the rover to adjust its path accordingly. The control algorithms ensure the rover maintains alignment with the drone, responding to changes in speed, direction, and altitude with minimal latency. This real-time tracking system is highly adaptive, capable of functioning in challenging environments with obstacles, uneven terrain, and variable weather conditions. The project is aimed at applications such as autonomous navigation, surveillance, search and rescue, and coordination between aerial and ground systems, offering reliable and precise operation in real-world scenarios.
