The mapping in this case with this stilling well is a temporary fix, this is due to fouling formation over time which will cause the signal to jump in unexpected areas nullifying the map changes (mapping is meant for static noise rejection, in this case the noise is more dynamic). You should look at installing an FMR54 with a planar antenna or a 80GHz radar (dependent on the stilling well length).

Black line is the devices current mapping, the red line is the envelope curve read live at the point of recording. The mapping only runs to the tank bottom that’s why you have the straight line drop off at the end.
