I am a Bicultural Hispanic marketing/UX researcher with extensive experience in identifying the right approaches to meet clients’ objectives as “one size does not fit all”.
The study on U.S. Hispanic financial journey identifies three key takeaways: 1) There's a significant opportunity for financial institutions to better serve Hispanics, who show a keen interest in financial education and entrepreneurship. 2) Hispanics face unique challenges, including a lack of educational advantages in crucial financial matters, yet demonstrate resilience and forward-thinking in financial planning. 3) Both Hispanics and non-Hispanics share concerns about savings and living paycheck to paycheck, but Hispanics additionally focus on assisting family members financially, reflecting a collective ethos and differing from non-Hispanics in where they seek financial advice.
