💡 This project spotlight includes a set of 20” x 96” industrial steam condensers built with all 304L stainless steel. Each has over 1,400 tubes, a one-pass bonnet and tubing design, and removable machined bonnets for easy cleaning. In a vapor condenser, the vapor to be condensed, such as steam, enters the shell side of the exchanger. Within the tubes, a cooling fluid, often water, absorbs heat from the vapor, prompting condensation. This phase change transforms the vapor into a liquid, which is then collected, and the cooling fluid is circulated to repeat the process, efficiently converting vapor to liquid through heat exchange.
