🎉 Celebrating 3 Years at Eris! 🎉 🌟 Today marks three incredible years since I joined the Eris team, and what an amazing journey it has been! 🚀 From day one, I’ve been fortunate to work with brilliant colleagues, tackle exciting challenges, and contribute to our mission to improve the Diabetes outcomes in India. 🔥 Additional Responsibilities 🔥 Recently, I’ve been entrusted with additional responsibilities that truly excite me. As part of my growth at Eris, I’ll be leading now Gujarat, Rajasthan, MP and CG Team. To organizers #Samprabhav Team and Participants, Firstly, I regret my absence from the event. Still, I am confident about the abilities of my colleague [Nishu Sharma, representing AdametNext at the event], and I am sure you will find the interaction joyful and insightful.   I have a deep connection with NIPER Mohali, particularly with the Department of Pharmaceutical Management, NIPER S.A.S Nagar (Mohali) , and peer network, which has significantly shaped my personal and professional journey. Therefore, I (AdametNext) will continue my efforts to return the favor to the alma mater; perhaps every contribution would be insignificant compared to what I received. A big thanks to the #Samprabhav organizers, students, and participants; because of your efforts, the event became an excellent platform for connecting academics and industry. These events also allow us to ponder the goals behind establishing NIPERs and various courses and evaluate the critical performance indicators.  ‘The Pharma Professional Quality of Life Index (PP-QOL)’ should be one of the critical performance indicators for any institute. Irrespective of any course, every stream has a right to earn a respectful livelihood, and if they cannot achieve it, then a process/system change becomes imperative. I have not seen any research on PP-QOL in my study, and I suggest that the institutes initiate some work in that direction. NIPERs are a great platform to initiate professional journeys, especially for students coming from middle-class or below backgrounds. The return on investment (education spending) is multi-fold if compared to private universities. However, staying relevant to the industry requires continuous evolution. Maybe I can discuss my thoughts in greater detail in the upcoming meetings. Again, I thank the NIPER faculty, students, participants, and organizers for organizing such a fantastic event.
