Automated Test Controller

Our Automated Test Station consists of our Automated Test Controller and High Power Resistor. The Automated Test Controller is a highly versatile data acquisition module that is used to automate test verification procedures on electronic systems, devices, and hardware. The High Power Resistor can be integrated with the ATC and used to simulate hardware for test automation.

Automated Test Software
Our Automated Test Software (ATS) interacts with all ATC interfaces, enabling the user to implement automated test procedures and capture detailed logs of communication and test results. We develop customer specific test harnesses for each project using our ATS application programming interface (API) and associated hardware. The ATS uses a custom Python 3.6 Library, while a user-friendly script interface enables users to develop and execute test procedures.

ATC Circuit Board
The ATC is based around the Xilinx Ultrascale SoC, which contains a fully integrated multi-core ARM + FPGA architecture. All digital and analog peripherals are controlled by the FPGA, which utilizes custom FPGA IP cores to operate various peripherals in a highly optimum fashion. This SoC based architecture allows the user the flexibility of complete customization of the DAQ features to suite the specific needs of the tester.
