Bauerfeind’s CoxaTrain hip brace combines multiple therapy principles – such as stabilization, targeted massage, and proprioceptive stimulation to relieve pain and stabilize the lumbar spine, pelvis and hip.

The lateral hinge provides stabilizing guidance of the hip. CoxaTrain’s pelvic support with massage pads stabilizes the pelvis and relieves the sacroiliac (SI) joints while its gluteal and trochanter pads massage trigger points on the hip during movement to help prevent incorrect posture in the lumbosacral junction as a result of pain.
