Cohesity FortKnox is a SaaS data isolation and recovery solution that improves cyber resiliency with an immutable copy of data in a Cohesity-managed cloud vault. FortKnox creates a “virtual air-gap” that provides customers an additional layer of protection against ransomware and other cybersecurity threats by delivering geographical, network and operational isolation between the second/backup copy of data and the third/offsite copy of data.

FortKnox data is kept inaccessible from bad actors through security capabilities such as immutability, AWS Object Lock (WORM), encryption, Cohesity-managed KMS, as well as quorum to approve critical actions such as the recovery of vault data.

FortKnox dramatically simplifies operations and lowers costs with a cloud service that’s as simple as connect, vault, and recover. It also helps orgs prepare for and recover confidently from attacks with ML-based anomaly detection and quick, granular recovery back to the source or an alternate locations.
