Icecat Order is an exchange service that makes it possible - after approval - to send orders to a supplier automatically. The supplier picks up the orders (order picking in warehouse, fulfillment, delivery) and responds to the retailer with order status messages. This is the input for the system or the webshop to inform customers about their orders' status. This happened in a secure area via e-mail and/or logging into the webshop. Here the customer has a customer portal. This portal can also view the order status with a track and trace code, and they can find the invoice.
Icecat Order service also facilitates real-time stock requests per product (if supported by supplier). Icecat Order is standardized on XML. Of course, we are happy to implement any interface for your system. E.g., SAP (Business One), Exact, Navision, Microsoft Dynamics, Unit4 Agresso, etc.
