1.You are getting attention from people of interest
If you are getting connections or profile views from people in the same industry, or even from recruiters while you are looking for a job, that means you are doing something right. Your bio, header, experience, or posts must be aligned with what they are looking for!
To improve that, make sure you use keywords and relevant hashtags! To see if a hashtag is relevant, simply type "#..." into the search bar, and it will show you how many people follow it, and what the posts are about.
2. You are getting engagement on your posts
The post you are putting out to your audience is relevant, and that way you are getting engagement through comments, likes etc. It doesn’t necessarily mean all your posts should be industry-based.
In fact, people love seeing personal stories (but not too personal!). Adding a picture to your post will increase your chances of it being seen, and interacted with.
