4 Tips How To create a productive workspace at home.

#sponsored As the CEO & Founder of Create & Cultivate, a fast growing online platform and offline event series for women looking to create & cultivate the career of their dreams, I am used to being productive and on the go.

When we shifted to working from home full-time, I had to make major adjustments and find new ways to keep productive and build out my home work space that's where Office Depot came in! . Staying productive is a challenge during the best of times and in the current environment, even more so.

Here are my four tips to creating a productive workspace at home:

  1. Getting things Quickly & Conveniently (and safely!)

A one stop shop is key during these times, if I want to refill post-it notes or permanent markers or handle my tech needs it’s crucial I be able to do so in one spot. Office Depot OfficeMax offers free next-business-day shipping on qualifying $60 orders or free in-store and curbside pickup, making it fast, easy and efficient to get what you need immediately. When we first started working from home I knew I needed to upgrade my home office and bring in the supplies that I was used to working with at the office.

  1. Multitasking products

With all the distractions of working from home you need your items to work overtime and double time which is why one of my first purchases was a monitor for my laptop creating even more space and screens for me to get work done. Plus the TUL notebooks and planners are incredibly effective for note taking and the charging notebooks charge your phone!? Talk about a multi tasking product.

  1. Outsource services

Our printing needs haven’t slowed down since working from home, whether it’s new plans for a retail pop up shop or the latest scripts for our upcoming summit we need things printed fast and efficiently. With printing services from Office Depot OfficeMax and same-day services that can be picked up curbside, it’s the easiest way to keep things looking professional and organized while keeping it safe and quick!

  1. Be prepared for when inspiration strikes

Working from home comes with it’s fair share of distractions whether it’s homeschooling your kids or pups barking, but that doesn't mean that work can stop when you get distracted. Inspiration can strike at any minute and it's important to be prepared! I’ve stocked up on Post-It notes to have around my desk and kitchen area so if an idea comes to mind I will jot it down and stick it up so I won’t forget and can revisit later!

These tips combined with the one stop shop, quick and easy shipping that Office Depot OfficeMax provides are sure to keep you your work space and your business productive
