The 5 Pillars to 2X Your Sales

For much of my sales career, I relied on massive action through activities like cold calls, direct messages, and emails. It was all about having the right mindset, doing the behaviors, and having the proper Technique.

I was successful, but it was exhausting, and I thought to myself. "There has to be a better way."

When I started incorporating leverage and strategy into my activities, I spent less time reaching out to prospects and spent more time making sales. I broke records for the companies I worked with and decided to use my knowledge to start my business in 2016 to help Founders and CEOs grow sales with the proven system.

Now, let's get to the heart of the TTABS formula:

  1. Tactic: Your tactics are your actions to engage your LinkedIn audience. Hosting LinkedIn events, for instance, is a killer tactic for connecting with multiple prospects simultaneously because it provides leverage, as oppossed to one-on-one outreaches.
  2. Technique: Mastering the proper techniques will help you execute your tactics like a pro. Tactics are about WHAT you do, and Technique is about HOW you execute your tactics. What you say is important, but how you say it is most important. Think about your significant other. What draws you close to him or her? Their communication was said in the right tone. What repels you two? Communication with a critical or angry tone. The same is true with Sales & Marketing. You have to say the right thing in the correct way.
  3. Attitude: Mindset is everything. Believe in your product or service, maintain a positive attitude, and trust that you can help your clients succeed.
  4. Behavior: Actions speak louder than words. Know how many Tactics you must undertake to achieve your goals. Example: You need to do a certain number of ________ to schedule10 Qualified meetings and onboard 3 New Clients. These could be Calls, Direct Messages, Pieces of Content, or Events. Just to remind you, this must incorporate all other TTABS parts to be
  5. Strategy: A winning strategy is about understanding your target audience's needs and desires. Address their main problems to establish trust, positioning yourself as the go-to authority in your field. Marketing is about building confidence in your prospects' minds about you and your solutions, being able to solve their problems, and helping them reach their goals.
