8 books to help you succeed

A holiday break from work is a great time to catch up on reading!

Growth Faculty’s book club makes it so easy to get the key highlights from the latest business books, but you might be keen to get stuck into the whole book (or two) over the festive season, here are our picks from 2024:

“The Geek Way” by Andrew McAfee on the geeky traits of tech companies 

“Move Fast & Fix Things “by Anne Morriss & Frances Frei on a sprint approach to change

REFLECT:  

Reflect on the books you read as ladders to your potential, each page lifting you closer to a more enlightened self.  

TAKE ACTION:  

Read 10-20 mins a day. Take notes about what you’ve read. Ideally, teach someone else something you’ve learned. As Adam Grant says, "Teaching is a surprisingly powerful method of learning; psychologists call this the tutor effect."
