The 8 week career Creators challenge! + My thoughts on "Being patient"
We are going to actively create your role in the next 8 weeks - you in!
We're going to start the 8 week challenge that has been proven over and over to give you the upgrades you need to get the offers you want throughout your career.
If you're looking to land a six-figure job this year this is your time to jump in.
Some people are still "waiting" and "hoping", and "waiting for a job offer to come through', "waiting for something to magically happen", waiting and hoping for your brain to magically upgrade itself, so you’re getting better and more opportunities, landing more offers at a higher salary.
The energy of being patient is something lots of people say they need to do, "I just need to be patient.."
That isn't so much my vibe.
I'm not into "waiting" and I don't think patience is my vibe either...
I much prefer to see it and feel it as an active creation.
Even if some of the activities I do don't create instant results, which I know will always happen, I'm STILL no matter what in the ACTIVE Creation and curiosity the whole way until I'm there.
Because this stuff doesn’t happen because you’re “waiting to hear back.' It doesn’t come from getting another certification or a college degree or even another course to upgrade your tech skills; it doesn't happen when waiting for anything, really.
It's about creating more than anything.

NEW Highly applicable SKILLS: You need SKILLS that are unspoken, skills that everyone else who’s slinging resumes around is completely ignoring.
⏩The SKILL of updating your identity on purpose.
⏩ The Skill of Marketing Yourself effectively and strategically with real Humans
⏩ The SKILL of communicating your value relevantly so there’s no argument about the value that you’re packing.
⏩ The Skill of positioning yourself in high-value vs. low-value environments.
You gotta take charge and be responsible for perfecting the real skills that WILL Move you forward.
