ABHI x inicio pt.2
Just like that we are now onto Tampa!
The Tampa segment of our journey has been an invigorating continuation of our mission to explore and collaborate with leading health institutions in the US. Our first stop was the University of South Florida Health Morsani College of Medicine, Taneja College of Pharmacy, and Heart Institute. Here, we had the opportunity to engage with Charles Lockwood and Stephen Liggett .
Their insights into the latest advancements in medical and pharmaceutical education resonated deeply with inicio health 's ethos of integrating cutting-edge technology into healthcare. After visiting just a year ago the advancemtents that have been made are incredible and the creation of an entire health eco-system with partners across Tampa is a model worth reflection for replication elsewhere!
At Tampa General Hospital, we met with Rachel Feinman , Jason Swoboda, PT , and Jennifer Burrington . Their roles in #innovation and #economicdevelopment in healthcare provided a unique perspective on the integration of technology in clinical settings. This visit underscored the growing importance of innovation in enhancing patient care and operational efficiency, key areas where inicio health can contribute significantly - especially so with the 'room of the future' and how FlightDeck can contribute towards that vision.
The Moffitt Cancer Center , Magnolia Campus, offered an insightful experience. The introduction to the center's pioneering work in cancer research and care was enlightening.

Furthermore, the discussions comparing the UK and US healthcare systems were particularly thought-provoking, highlighting various challenges that truly cross borders. The work that Moffitt do is nothing short of inspirational, and highlighted for us all their dedication in combating cancer ain't slowing down any time soon!
Finally, the visit to the Center for Advanced Medical Learning and Simulation (CAMLS) was a highlight. Conversations with Haru Okuda about their advanced medical training facilities mirrored inicio health's commitment to innovative healthcare education and training solutions.
CAMLS' state-of-the-art approach to medical training aligns perfectly with our vision of utilising technology to enhance healthcare education.
Each engagement in Tampa was not only informative but also inspirational, reaffirming inicio health's commitment to leading the digital transformation in healthcare, and the entire cohort from the UK being at the front of this. These encounters have reinforced our resolve to bring innovative solutions to the forefront of healthcare, ensuring better patient outcomes and more efficient healthcare systems globally.
