Accountable. To one another.
Have you ever worked on a dysfunctional team? Some of us have.
Susan worked “in a toxic culture where receiving praise was met with distrust, jealousy, and harassment,” while Renee lived through “a gamified culture where backstabbing and other tactics were glorified.”
Thankfully, they got out of those companies, and FCDC’s Core Values—like Trust, Respect, and Unity—call us to work differently. And we do.
Take our “High Fives” channel in Teams—a place where employees celebrate how we succeed together. We’ve collected hundreds of voluntary shout-outs since 2020. Here are just a few recent examples:
Josh noted “without Max's support, meeting the deadline I promised our partner would not have been possible.”
Lucinda highlighted “a job so well done our partner gave accolades about you guys during today's Data Board.”
Renea thanked multiple teams “for jumping into meetings and calls on short notice to tie things up. I appreciate you!”
And Mark said “Thank you for going above and beyond. Your expertise and professionalism is what makes our team great!”
Trust. Respect. Unity. We hold each other Accountable to live up to these aspirations. We can't imagine working any other way.
