ACG has something to celebrate!

For the second year in a row, The National Diversity Council (NDC), recently announced that ACG is one of four companies to make the Best U.S. Companies for Diversity list. NDC is a non-profit organization committed to fostering a learning environment for organizations to grow in their knowledge of diversity.

"I am honored to accept this recognition on behalf of ACG," said Kenneth Mathies, Vice President, Chief Diversity Officer. "This achievement is a testament to our organization's dedication and commitment to foster an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture. We will continue to prioritize our diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives to ensure that everyone is valued, respected and empowered to experience all the benefits an authentic and inclusive culture represents."

During May (and always) we encourage you to stay in tune with your mental health and find peace. Know that it is okay to talk about your thoughts and feelings. Here at ACG, we want to foster a work community of openness by giving the message that you are not alone; by breaking down the stigma around mental health and the reluctancy to discuss openly. Taking care of our mental health is just as important as our physical health.

It's National EMS Week, and AAA-The Auto Club Group is so grateful to all EMS workers who provide incredible care for our communities.

Wow, that’s good to hear. Years ago (late 70’s) I was part of a lawsuit while working there that was brought on due to lack of diversity. We won. Thanks to the effort/help from the Focus Hope Organization.

At AAA-The Auto Club Group we are more than just a number! We are family! I have personally experienced the support of my family when just beginning my career here. I was still a contract employee and having a series of medical events that forced me to take a step back to focus on my health. They held my spot and welcomed me back. Since that time I have fully recovered and love my job, team, company-Family!! Forever grateful!!! #lovemyjob
