We are thrilled to announce the latest additions to our ACG trophy case, the 2023 Top Workplaces Work-Life Flexibility and Compensation & Benefits awards! While this is the second consecutive year we've received the award for Work-Life Flexibility, it is our first time winning the Top Workplaces award for Compensation & Benefits.

Since 2021, we've invited ACG employees to complete voluntary Top Workplaces surveys that measure culture areas critical to the success of our organization: including values, appreciation, communication, and connection, among others. Those survey responses compare us to other organizations at both regional and national levels. We've been awarded our newest recognitions based on exceptionally high responses in areas related to workplace flexibility and compensation & benefits.
