  • Map the Future: Dedicate time to research how AI and other technologies are impacting your industry. Don't just depend on fancy reports that you pay for, ACTUALLY TALK TO YOUR CLIENTS! Get in the trenches because there is so much that a report may not tell you.
  • Ask New Questions: Instead of asking, "What do my clients need now?" ask, "What will they need in 3 months? 6 months? 12 months?"
  • Reimagine Your Offerings: Focus on delivering value where automation falls short: creativity, strategy, and personal connection.
  • Leverage AI: Don’t just fear AI—use it to enhance your services. Can you create your own AI tools or agents to streamline processes?
