If we have a healthy mindset, clarity in our own purpose, this creates the building blocks to a healthy individual to build on. Nutrition, lifestyle and how alcohol is used and consumed in someone's life also need to be tackled. Once the individual is in a good place then the company and workplace needs to do its bit. It's important to recognise this goes for leaders and owners as well as employees of the business..
