Agilité paves the way for Booking.com’s 800-strong office relocation

Plan
When Booking.com relocated to a new, 6,000 m2 office in July 2019, Agilité was appointed to manage the commercial interiors – with employee wellbeing at the centre of the entire delivery.
Align
This carefully space-planned and expertly-designed Cat B fit-out took four months to complete and comprises a series of open plan offices, collaborative workshop spaces, training rooms, private one-to-one meeting hubs, plus larger conference-suites equipped with state-of-the-art AV and IT equipment.
Communicate
As part of the project brief, Agilité handled construction management, cost planning, internal stakeholder management, permit management, and all necessary local authority/statutory service provider liaison, appointment, and management.
Execute
With employee wellbeing a key priority Agilité also created zen and chill out rooms, as well as games zones to encourage the blend of work and play. A top-of-the range kitchen also caters for the busy team.
