Will AI take away jobs or create some too?

With the rising interference of technology in every sphere of our lives, this question has started to bother many of us: Will artificial intelligence have a significant impact on our jobs? With the rapid expansion and evolution of artificial intelligence (AI), it is anticipated that AI will replace humans in the future.
Machine intelligence to manipulate, work, and deliver is advancing rapidly. And this machine's abilities are changing the job market and the way we think and work. If we go back 20 years, we never imagined we would see a time, when machines would be able to interfere in our creative and day-to-day work too. It was always believed that creativity is a human thing, and we cannot allow external objects to intrude on our private lives. But with the recent emergence of ChatGPT and other artificial intelligence tools, it has become a hot topic in the technology world. Will these AI tools take away our jobs or create some too?
The changes that we see around us due to the interference of technology are especially profound in the area of cognitive tasks, where machines are outperforming humans. In addition, physical tasks are becoming increasingly automated, and even social tasks are not bereft of automation.
In my opinion and from what I have been observing in the last many years, technology does help us simplify many of our complicated and tough jobs. Technology and automation have been around for a while now. Usually, advancements in technology result in the elimination of some jobs. However, we cannot deny that it has historically created new jobs. Even at this time, experts are expecting that, though many jobs will be eliminated, many different types of jobs will start to appear. So, in a way, it would be too early to say that AI or robotics may take away many of our jobs. Of course, AI tools like ChatGPT have emerged as a concern in many fields. And if we have to believe the experts, AI is still in its nascent stage. But it would be truly interesting to see how AI appears in the coming years.

In the current business environment, AI is helping individuals and companies increase their productivity and performance. Smart, forward-thinking people are using it wisely and making optimal use of its many benefits.
We may find out the answer to the question in the coming years as AI becomes more sophisticated and widely adopted. Now this question is still unclear. However, if we believe the experts, it will have a profound effect on the way we work. Some believe that AI will create new jobs, while others believe it will take away jobs.
As a businessperson and social thinker, my advice to people is to grab every opportunity that comes their way. If you fail to embrace change, you will end up losing everything. So, adopting a new business environment is the only way to survive in this highly technology-oriented world.
