Allowing creativity to find us, a long overdue update from PC

Imagination shapes our world when we embrace absurdity and allow creativity to find us. For many that know me, I’ve set a life mission to lead and live through creative expression and share joy. This year I found the opportunity to do just that by starting PC Studios, a publishing and media company. The long term ambition will be to support a collaborative community of independent storytellers, from writers and poets to illustrators and podcasters. Short term, I quite simply wanted to be around other writers and creative thinkers this year. 

So I spent my time building a network of creative folk, learning the operations of the publishing business, and doing quite a lot of writing myself.  As part of my upskilling into publishing and editing, I’ve completed a variety of short stories (from fantasy fiction to literary reflections). To put my biz dev skills & budgets where my mouth is, I’ve collected them into a ‘proof of concept’ first edition book, Strangely Fierce Fables, which will officially launch tomorrow on Amazon (more to follow on that through the next few weeks).  

For now, I want to thank all my friends and family for supporting me through 2023.  Through your encouragement and fandom, I feel more optimistic than ever that creativity can shape a better world.
