The impact of pallet life on price: Because plastic pallets have a longer service life, they are suitable for use in many industries and have little limitation. However, wooden pallets have many requirements for the environment and are prone to deterioration and damage. Plastic pallets have good overall sanitation, lightweight, and a certain load-bearing capacity. The service life of plastic pallets is even 5-7 times that of wooden pallets. It is suitable for enterprises with a large turnover and high load-bearing requirements. It does not need to be repaired and recycled, which can save business costs.
The impact of pallet production on prices: However, because plastic pallets are produced and processed using molds, the specifications can only be determined in the early stage. If the production is finished, the specifications and dimensions cannot be changed. However, it has good formability and can print characters, add steel pipes, add wheels, etc., which greatly meets the needs of enterprises. The wooden pallet has good structural adaptability and can also meet the requirements of special specifications. Generally speaking, the price of custom-made pallets will be higher during production.

Plastic pallets used for export can be reused, and wooden pallets need to be transported or destroyed, which is very harmful to the environment.
