We are very pleased to announce our latest project the Autograph Collection by Marriott in Bucharest, Romania.
We will be working on the refurbishment of the historical monument located in the city center of Bucharest into a 5-star hotel development. The works will include all new concept for the Public Areas alongside with the Rooms & Suites.
The building was founded as a bank house in 1848 by Mauriciu Blank and Jacob Marmorosch. It was considered one of the oldest and strongest commercial banks in Romania. The bank managed to survive until 1948, the year of its 100th anniversary.
