The View at Lincoln’s Inn Fields, Holborn, London
On the stunning top floor of The View, you’ll find the beautiful and luxurious surroundings ideal for hosting a show-stopping award ceremony. From welcome drinks to the red-carpet treatment, the venue is perfectly suited to whatever success is being recognised. The View also has state-of-the-art AV in place to allow for hybrid-style awards, with a combination of virtual and in-person attendance, paving the way of the new normal. 30 Euston Square – State Rooms and Rooftop Terrace, Central London
The two penthouse State Rooms and adjoining Rooftop Terrace at 30 Euston Square make for an excellent awards ceremony space in central London, with easy access to King’s Cross St Pancras and Euston train stations. These areas are well suited for both day and evening events, from small company presentations to a lavish summer party. What’s more, the same flexible spaces can be transformed from a daytime conference into a luxurious seated dinner by night. With a capacity of 230 for a reception, 140 theatre style or 160 for a seated dinner, we can accommodate a range of award ceremony styles. Furthermore, you’ll have the choice to separate the spaces to suit your needs: the Euston Room is perfect for main events when complemented by hospitality and networking in the Stephenson Room and Rooftop Terrace. Also at 30 Euston Square, our 300-seat tiered Auditorium is a central feature of the venue and one of the best event spaces in Central London for larger corporate award ceremonies. The Inner Temple REOPENING AFTER A MAJOR REFURBISHMENT IN SPRING 2022
For companies that pride themselves on history and legacy, where else could be more fitting than the home of the holders of court – The Inner Temple? The Hall at Inner Temple has been the perfect backdrop for the most inspiring dinners and events since the 15th century, known for its profession of lawyers and judges, but also for its exclusivity. Today, we pay tribute to the building’s origins with first-class food and wine menus, flexible and trusted AV solutions. Organisers and guests) can relax, enjoy, and soak up the sense of occasion.
Alternatively, suppose you fancy this historic location but want it paired with an ultra-modern décor. In that case, the newly created Lecture Theatre will create a big impact for ceremonies with a difference. Making presentations and giving recognition needs to command great presence, and this superb venue can deliver on point with hybrid presenting facilities and the latest AV. This location allows for special occasions with a difference. The traditional hall can host dinners for up to 250 and receptions for 400, while the modern lecture theatre has tiered seating and the adjacent breakout space allows for standing receptions for up 120.

Searcys at The Gherkin, the City
There are very few spots on the London landscape as striking as Searcys at The Gherkin. Level 39 and 40 of the iconic skyscraper can be hired together for a stunning award ceremony that guests won’t want to miss. Whether booking a private dining room or the top of the building on levels 39 and 40, you are guaranteed the most majestic views across the City. After the awards are done, treat guests to Searcys’ signature hospitality with canapes or dinner. A variety of different menus put seasonal and modern British dishes centre stage, expertly paired with wines and signature champagnes. On Level 40, the space can fit 160 for drinks receptions and 140 for banqueting, while a combination of the two levels means up to 260 for a reception.

The Honourable Artillery Company (The HAC), the City
If you’re going large, The HAC has some capacity for some of the grandest and greatest awards ceremonies in the whole of London: Indoor spaces can accommodate anything from 15-690 delegates for corporate and private events, while the 5-acre Artillery Garden can host 5,000 guests if you wish to have an outdoor summer award ceremony. The building was commissioned by King Henry VIII in 1537 and is steeped in history. The new Prince Consort Rooms are ideally suited for a seated gala evening of up to 350 guests, or a dazzling standing reception for 650 – plus many more if you decide to host a hybrid ceremony. Awards are one of the most popular event types at 116 Pall Mall, and the central London venue can accommodate up to 250 seated or 350 standing. Wow your guests and delegates with the magnificent setting as they arrive via the grand staircase, below a 15ft chandelier gifted by George IV to commemorate the battle of Waterloo, before escorting them up to breath-taking views down onto Pall Mall and Waterloo Place.
The event spaces are exquisitely designed, proudly displaying the original features, including Royal paintings, marble busts, mosaic tiles, and glittering chandeliers. One Moorgate Place, the City, London
One Moorgate Place is a Grade II-listed and encapsulating city venue, with a rich history as the headquarters of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, England and Wales. It’s the pinnacle of British heritage, making an excellent space for award ceremonies for companies rich in legacy and prestige.
The rooms range from modern to classical in look and feel, depending on the atmosphere you’re looking to create, and are totally adaptable for bespoke events. They all come equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual facilities, creating the perfect setting for meetings, conferences and training. All bookings include room hire, hospitality and complimentary Wi-Fi.
