It gets to the heart of the matter, and the heart of why things have played out as they have so far. Please read it. It is also included in the comments of the previous article I posted regarding the other captain who I believe missed the larger point in his commentary Captain Cordle's experience and recognition as an outstanding leader is something you should consider as you read his commentary.
