Kensy has over 24 years of experience in the finance, talent acquisition and talent management fields. Over the past 16 years, Kensy's focus has been providing talent acquisition solutions in the Greater China region giving him deep insights into the region's industry and client needs. He has a proven track record of building, leading and motivating teams to achieve outstanding corporate business growth and profitability.

Kensy has experience in applying recruitment techniques in a diverse range of industries. This has provided Kensy not only a degree of generalized technical knowledge but also the skills to manage a range of behaviors exhibited by people in various organizational levels, from highly technical to senior management.

Prior to joining Bo Le, Kensy was the General Manager of China for an international consulting firm specializing in talent acquisition and management solutions covering RPO, Project Hiring, Executive search, Consulting, Digital Solutions, Market Insight, etc. During his tenure, he was responsible for establishing the Greater China business team and driving business growth, leading the company's gradual expansion, and successfully launching a delivery centre. The business area encompasses diverse industries in Greater China, fostering stable business relationships with numerous local and international clients.
