Yesterday Brilliant were recognised for their support of Help for Heroes at a private tour of Tedworth House. The truth being, our entire team were very happy to be involved as we got so much out of it too.
Tedworth House is a fully adapted facility and offers over 50 en-suite bedrooms and four family suites. The Centre has a range of specialist rooms for adaptive sports, education courses, relaxation and socialising which have been designed to ensure the best possible recovery.
A truly humbling experience and what came across most wasn't the feeling of self-pity or a poor future ahead but that of a new beginnings and opportunities to come.
The most inspiring part of our visit was meeting truly Brilliant People. This was not just the service men and women who are being helped and listening to their amazing stories, but the brilliant staff too who had more infectious enthusiasm than even the most dynamic of London agencies.
We want to get involved in helping make a Brilliant Christmas so we are gathering Christmas presents for 2016.
