A bucket list for my dream BI tool?

A bucket list for my dream BI tool?

Here is my wish list for a BI tool , important criteria to select a Business Intelligence Tool (BIT) are:

Scalability – Is it a tool designed to scale both horizontally and vertically?

Performance – Is it a system that is clever at designing and implementing complex queries, valuable features that include advanced SQL Engines, reusable metadata, flexible data exploration, automated dashboards, mobile capable, integration rich , and high performance In Memory BI analysis? Does it have abilities for flexible reporting and capability to manage source code and environmental deployment?

Accessibility – Does it have features which are available for all users that combine familiar tools and thinking? Is it able to be used alongside other platforms to make it pretty simple for most new users? Does it have in-house implementation ability; is it a BI tool that provides organisations and companies with cloud-based services, software platforms for mobile and social intelligence apps?

Compatible – Is it compatible for internal and external users from the same platform to streamline the reports and integrate big data, reporting for both technical and non-technical users. Does it share notifications and reports within the organisation?

Improvement – Does it have an optimising model used for modelling change impact and reviewing the overall output of the system as the data ecosphere changes? Does it effectively manage the import/extract of large amounts of data, and provide additional dash-boarding capability, and advanced calculation functions, rich graphics without impacting processing speed?

Ease of Use – Does it have valuable features for understanding script content –are data imports made simple and accurate?

Security – Is security clear to manage the whole ecosystem work smoothly and safely?

Work Team – Do you have the right team that has knowledgeable people to make the right choices for you? Do you have the right expertise needed to fully benefit from the capabilities of the BIT chosen?

Speed – It is processing speed that counts; how is data discovery managed? Does it accelerate the ability to remodel data? Are there facilities to improve the existing ETL processes?

Simplicity – Is it a tool that allows you to keep tabs on all of your business-related information in a clear, clean and easy way? Does it allow effective access to databases? Is the BI tool that helps to build intuitively and aid simple navigation?

Visualisation – Is it a drag-and-drop environment that allows users to quickly explore, analyse, sort and visualize the big data at speed? Does it enable sharing among different teams within the enterprise?

Useful – Is it going to be widely accepted and used by a wide variety of users (for very large organisations and large IT teams think seriously about the possible population of users and how it will mature)? Is it a tool that deals with large data as well as medium size data and which blends dissimilar datasets together sharing notifications and reports within the organisation?

What would be on your Bucket list for a dream BI tool?

Great list that would be helpful to many business owners and IT managers who need a BI tool but haven't commissioned one before. Too many people end up with an inadequate tool because they didn't fully understand their needs until the thing was in place.
