As we move in almost the 3rd month of 2020, already, what have you planned as you sales growth priorities for the yeat?

The Rain Group surveyed over 400 blue chip companies Sales Leaders in the USA.

Each was asked the same questions.

“What are the most important sales priorities for you in the coming year?”

Here are the top 10 priorities that respondents provided -

1.      Improve ability to communicate value = 70%

2.      Improve productivity of sales team = 65%

3.      Increase business with existing accounts = 64%

4.      Improve retention & repeat business = 62%

5.      Improve sales planning & approach = 61%

6.      Improve salesperson’s ability to inspire = 57%

7.      Win more against difficult competitors = 56%

8.      Improve sales manager effectiveness = 54%

9.      Drive new business = 53%

10.  maximise what’s working in the sales process = 53%

Certainly, most agreed that providing Customers with VALUE, is their number one priority.

What stacks up at the top of your list?
