CABINPUMP Used on the UK’s first 100% BREEAM Score Project
We’re thrilled to have contributed to the first-ever project in the UK to achieve a 100% BREEAM score!
The Nova Science project is a benchmark in sustainable design, featuring low or zero-carbon technologies such as onsite solar panels and air source heat pumps. The site prioritises natural lighting, water efficiency, and leak prevention and even integrates a solar shading system.
At Moduquip, we’re passionate about driving sustainability in every way possible. On the Nova Science project, our innovative CABINPUMP solution replaced the effluent tanks traditionally used for site accommodation toilets to pump waste directly to a nearby gravity drain, eliminating the need for waste tanker visits thus reducing carbon emissions and minimising HGV movements.
We’re proud to have played a part in the Nova Science project, where every detail was meticulously planned to achieve this remarkable milestone in sustainable construction.
