Can Your Current Organization Deliver What Your Client Wants?

Prior to starting SiTESPAN, I moved around every few years, from one company to the next; focusing on my clients and developing my skills as a highly technical facility expert. I never found true satisfaction at the organizations for which I was working for one simple reason; I felt as if the potential was being limited, in the goal to achieve the pinnacle of customer satisfaction.

There always seems to be a process, or self-focused interest, that prevents answering 100% to the pressure points of each client within today’s organizations. Then there is the biggest short-coming…low quality. There is nothing worse than building a relationship, and garnering that opportunity with a new client, or the next project with an existing client, to find yourself fighting self-centered strategies and low quality performance. Has it become the norm to violate the credence of standards and ethics set forth by organizations as if they have no weighted value?

Flash forward a few years and SiTESPAN is founded. We are a young company, gaining more and more momentum. This success started on the relationships that I brought in the beginning. The successes we have continued to have today are because of the incredible team we have compiled. SiTESPAN is no longer about me, Tim Everson. It is about Ed McGlinn, Russell Fotovich, Tom Jones, Darrin Prock and many others – the team. These members of the SiTESPAN team have taken the cause and extended it further…seeking our clients’ pressure points, then providing the solution. We don’t quit until each client is completely satisfied, and believes they received more than what they paid.

So, what’s the point? It is time for us to seek out our next SiTESPAN team member.

We’re looking for a Business Development professional with the following attributes:

·       Experienced

·       Reputation for excellence and integrity

·       Thrives on relationship building

·       Driven by challenges.

·       Loves to close deals

When a job comes to an end at SiTESPAN the entire team is 100% confident that we delivered 110% of what was promised. We’re looking for a team member who believes their own reputation and success is tightly correlated with the intentions and success of the organization for which they work.

We are young, nimble and growing strong. A position with SiTESPAN will provide an opportunity for learning, ingenuity and a chance to be a part of a team striving to transform an industry. Join SiTESPAN and be remarkable. We are not the industry giant - we are the anti-leader. We represent a new way of doing business.

SiTESPAN champions the causes of our clients. Are you interested in being part of the team?

Compensation: BETTER than competitive.

If you are reading this article, and the position is not for you; we are offering a $3,000 referral reward, if we hire the candidate you refer.
