Hello from the Canda team! As we wrap up September, we're eager to share a snapshot of our achievements, insights, and the latest happenings in the talent acquisition realm. From record-breaking brand metrics to impactful hires, it's been a transformative month for us.
September Highlights
September was a monumental month for Canda! As a compact team with grand aspirations, we're marking this month as a significant achievement.
Our brand presence soared with record-breaking LinkedIn impressions and website traffic, garnering over 70k impressions and capturing the attention of founders, co-founders, and talent leaders. While some might view these as mere metrics, for us, they validate that our content resonates with the right audience. 🚀
On the hiring front, we made impactful strides, securing 23 hires against a target of 22. Notably, these hires spanned across Engineering, Product, and GTM roles, with an average salary of £58k. 🤝
And the cherry on top? We achieved 100% direct fulfilment, saving our scale-ups a whopping £142k in potential agency fees. 💷
