·       As part of a business reorganization, was primary People representative within the senior leadership team in Europe, advised on new organizational structure. Managed all people/talent issues and assessed forward-looking people/ talent needs, including employee relations,  performance management, employment regulations, on an ongoing basis for offices in the UK, Scotland, Sweden, France, Italy, Germany, and the Netherlands.  Drove the change activities.

·       Partnered with HQ Compensation team on incentive bonuses and compensation matters.
