Catch Up with SSi | June 2024

Giving back to our Veteran community is our newsletter focus as the summer months begin. From recognizing Military Appreciation Month in May to shining a light on ways we can support our military members during PTSD Awareness Month in June, SSi People is dedicated to growing and nurturing the military and Veteran workforce segment for the future of work. With a 200K strong population transitioning from military to civilian work each year, employers are smart to scoop up these talented professionals to bolster their tech and engineering workforces.

SSi People has a long-standing relationship with Veteran and military organizations that set out to support our service members in their career and community endeavors. Working with groups like Veterans Bridge Home and Headlamp further cement our efforts in working with those who served on their next journey.

SSi's ServiceStrong Connects Veterans with the Right Roles

Another organization that is working to make a difference, especially as it relates to the uniques challenges and stressors that our military service members face, is Stop Soldier Suicide. A North Carolina-based organization, its mission is very specifically to support the mental health and wellness of at-risk men and women who served our nation.
