2yPathetic services ........i must say the executive don't even have etiquette how to talk to their customers More than that i have order the lense on 31st march they took 12 days just to convey that their so called logistics doesn't deliver to my pincode Hah haha..hahha wherein a week ago same lenses were been order by me got delivered😂😂 what to say now they are saying they will refund me again which is going to take 5 working days more ....... The point is i get 100 of emails and calls daily from lenskart with the offers nd they just irritate by doing that but unfortunately they miss to even update on the order which customer should know ....... I must say or advice if lenskart little work on their services they will atleast get a good customer base instead of calling and irritating them to buy yr product...🙏
