Challenging the status-quo, and redefining mindsets deeply rooted in the Romanian culture, the firs Arctic Foundation educational campaign

The Arctic Foundation is one of the projects that represents my beliefs in many ways, as it is about empowerment, education, the satisfaction of doing good, and a healthy lifestyle for a healthy planet. It might sound complicated, yet it is not, it is accessible, joyful, and rewarding.

The Foundation's first campaign „Reshaping the Romanian Pride", aims to challenge the status-quo and redefine mindsets deeply rooted in Romanian culture, using memorable popular quotes that normally have a negative meaning and giving them a positive twist while linking them with sustainable habits. By becoming aware of traditional habits of overconsumption and having easy-to-implement solutions on hand, the transition towards healthy routines becomes a conscious decision.

We constructed our communication starting from the main SDG (Sustainable Development Goals) of the United Nations, namely sustainable fashion, local producers, plastic consumption, water consumption, and food-waste.

The results have been amazing, the engagement has been impressive, and we owe this to the amazing team that we have attracted to support this first initiative, volunteers that share the same values and vision as we do.
