Cloetta is Fun and Quality

From First operator (2015) to Team leader (2019) to Quality and Food safety manager (2022). Within Cloetta's factories, I am not the only one who has been able to make great career moves within the organization and that is what makes working for Cloetta so attractive to me.

With a background in patisserie, I entered the world of confectionery and chewing gum relatively inexperienced. But if you show ambition, then Cloetta is an organization where you will be given opportunities and chances to grow. I obtained my bachelor's degree in business administration alongside my work and now that I have made the step to QFS manager I am also supported by appropriate training, courses, and of course helpful colleagues.

Working with A-brands adds an extra dynamic to the job. Something that is very well understood within Cloetta. The entire Cloetta team is motivated to make top products every day.

For me, the Cloetta culture is the main attraction. And I am not the only one, within Cloetta there are many examples of long-term employment (12.5, 25, 40 and even 50 years). That says something about the company and the people who work for our company. What you sometimes hear about large (international) organizations is that you are a number. That is certainly not the case within Cloetta.

No nonsense, just act normal! We make sweets and we are proud of it!

I am very much looking forward to my new role in the company and hope to be of value for a long time to come.
