We are currently seeking a competence assessor/coach for DFO/Derrickman level onboard drill ship in Malaysian waters. Must have hands on drilling experience, Client can supply the competence framework to follow. Best experience role would be ex-Assistant Driller/Driller/Toolpusher. The client would like to develop their local Malaysian crews as the rig is expected to be in Malaysia for several years. This would mean extended time on-board for this project.
