Concrete Pour Disaster turns into a Beautiful Polished Concrete Floor

A concrete floor that started out as problem for modern homebuilder, Alan Kagan, became an introduction to polished concrete and a new relationship which proved fruitful for many years! When I got the call to "rescue" this floor, the concrete pour had gone wrong twice already. I ended up getting calls from a few different people asking me to fix it. Needless to say, once we started to grind and expose the aggregate, all I heard was I want more! More!

Since then, we've done multiple projects for Mr Kagan, until he recently moved to New Mexico, where he continues to build + design beautiful modern homes.
