Construction of Nasrabad gas storage in salt dome, a unique project managed and executed by Dana Energy Co.
(Nov. 29,2015)- Davood Sarbaz, deputy projects to Geophysical services of Dana Energy, interviewed Dana Energy PR dept. on the very unique project of Nasrabad Gas storage project.
He said “natural gas storage in salt dome is unique in the middle east as there is no such project in any other gas producing country in the region. As the owner of the second largest proved reserves of natural gas in the world, Iran has extensive plans for storage of gas. After completion of preliminary seismic and study phase executed by Dana Geophysics in 2014, now 4 business units of Dana Energy including geophysics, rig lease, drilling and bit services are involved in construction of natural gas storage in salt dome of Nastabad, an area near city of Kashan Luckily with the capacities, knowledge, internal HR capabilities and assets we are on the verge of executing this very important national project and this will give Dana Energy a credible record in execution of such complicated projects.
