Core Education PBC names Kamalika Sandell as Chief Executive Officer

March 22, 2024, Alexandria VA - Core Education PBC announced today that its Board of Directors has appointed Kamalika Sandell as Chief Executive Officer. Kamalika joined Core Education in July 2022, serving as Chief Operating Officer. She was promoted to President in February 2023. 

“Since joining Core Education, Kamalika has provided great leadership to our employees and institutional partners,” said Rick Beyer, Executive Chairman. “As Core has grown, it was important for the Board to support the vision that Kamalika has set for the organization as a mission critical operating partner for colleges and universities.”

“I am honored to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Core Education as we focus our efforts on transforming the business model for higher education,” said Sandell. “We are making an impact on higher education, supporting our institutional partners with revenue growth and diversification, technology, and capital strategy solutions.
