The Small Gesture - BIG Impact Initiatives: “In South Asia, we've rolled out a unique strategy aptly named, Small Gesture - BIG Impact Initiatives. We're proud to report that these small but significant touches have elevated our guest satisfaction scores by an astonishing 2.2% over the last year.” . – Indira Paul . Our housekeepers are crafting experiences by providing thoughtful, personalized touches, such as folded hand greetings, interactive curated experiences, and special occasion decorations. These gestures turn guests into loyal advocates, creating memorable moments that they truly appreciate.
