DORN Saves Clients over $10 Million in 2019
2019 was another successful year for DORN. Our business grew over by 30% in 2019 and for the last four years has grown at an average annual rate of over 35% each year. We added 19 new client sites (for both new and existing customers) and are now able to support many sites virtually with our technology solutions.
DORN had a record year in 2019, saving our valued customers in excess of $10 million through reduced workers’ compensation claims, avoided injuries, and employees avoiding medical care for non-injury-related soft tissue problems. This brings our total savings for customers over the 20 years we have been in business to over $110 million. For clients who have shared injury information related to people we have worked with, our average rate of injury reduction for 2019 was over 50% and in some cases over 70% while working with these clients anywhere from six months to a full year.
Other results of interest:
• Average pain level reduction for completed cases was over 70%, with an average of 3.9 sessions to address a single area of concern (body part)
• Over 40% reduction in medication usage
• 87% of participants have reported reduced stress levels while experiencing improved sleep patterns helping to reduce the impact of fatigue
• Nearly 95% of participants report it is easier to do their job, with over 90% reporting an improvement in morale
• 96% of respondents indicate they are more willing to participate in other employer-offered programs
